A Stamp Simply PRIMA Hop!

Welcome to The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store Hop with Prima! We are featuring creations using Prima products today! Just take a look at all the PRIMA-licious beauty in this photo! This Prima package is today's BLOG Candy waiting to won! Check all the blog candy details on SHARON'S BLOG HERE.
There are gorgeous PRIMA products found in The Stamp Simply RIBBON Store. My creation today features designer paper utilizing Prima's Reflections. The 6x6 paper pad includes 48 sheets of paper sporting 2 of each design.
I started with a wooden bird house from Michaels that was on sale for 69 cents! Michaels had several different shaped houses and I thought how perfect to cover with some favorite designer papers! And that is exactly what I did! I adhered the paper to the wood with Aleene's Tacky Glue and used an emery board to sand the edges and add scuff markings. The flower is from the Reflections Trinket Collection Flowers by Prima. The 1/8" Velvet Ribbon comes in ten colors and can be purchased in 5 yard bundles or by the spool. I used the 1/8" Brown Velvet Ribbon on my flower embellishment.
And you know how I love the Burlap String found in The Stamp Simply RIBBON Store! The string comes in 12 colors and can be purchased in 10 yard bundles or by the spool! Not only did I use the string to frame my flower embellishment, I also created a little nest too! Isn't it cute?

    Oh, what a sweet, sweet project! I feel the need to go nearly 100 miles to my nearest Michaels right now to get a birdhouse -- LOL!!! I WILL pick one up the next time I'm there!!! And I LOVE your string nest -- what a clever idea and how perfect here!!!
