Ribbon Inspiration/Stamp Simply Style-My Minds Eye!

Welcome to Stamp Simply Inspiration Saturday! This week we are featuring products from My Mind's Eye.  For my 5" x 5" card, I used designer papers from My Mind's Eye Sunshine 6" x 6" paper pad.  The music paper with the bird label is just how I pulled it out of the pad! So easy! I stamped my sentiment with Tim Holtz Tea Dye Distress Ink. You can find the stamp in Wordsworth clear set, Everyday Greetings.  See that wooden butterfly button? That can be found in My Mind's Eye Sunshine Memory Button pack!  LOVE the coordinating products! I added silk ribbon, a Prima trellis rose, 1/8" velvet ribbon, and adhesive pearls, all found in this Teal Deluxe Embellishment KIT!  I also added a bit of brown seam binding!  I applied 1/8" Scor Tape down the middle and pressed it onto the paper to create makeshift pleats!  Easy and quick!

Stamp Simply Ribbon Inspiration - Prima!

Good Saturday Morning! Welcome to our Stamp Simply Ribbon Store Inspiration Hop! We are featuring Prima Products today!  I have a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" card to share with you!  The beautiful Prima Paper is found in their En Francais 6x6 paper pad. I distressed the edge of one designer paper and also the edge of the blue card stock. Next I punched 9-1 inch and 9-1 1/4 inch circles and rubbed Tim Holtz Old Paper Distress inks around the edges. All the embellishments are coordinated with the En Francais products!  Easy is what I like! The Flowers are HERE. The butterflies are HERE. On my card, I layered several and fluttered the wings before adhering to top circle. And do you see the darling En Francais wooden buttons?  Love, Love, Love all the coordinating of these pretties! A little bit of Burlap String, Seam Binding, and adhesive pearls complete the card!

Here is the card inside! One of the pages in the En Francais paper pad is a wonderful page with cross stitch letters and numbers! I cut out the letters to spell "Hello" and glued them onto the oval tag.  Another butterfly and adhesive pearl finish the creation!

JustRite Christmas Vintage Labels One Deer Card/Outside
Designers continue with Christmas creations for Day Three of JustRite's June release! If you've not had a chance to view Day ONE and Day TWO Release creations, click on the respective number words and be inspired. For my 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" Christmas creation today, I created a more masculine looking holiday card. See that darling satin reindeer trim?  You can find it HERE, along with the ric rac, burlap string, adhesive pearl, and Prima North Country Collections designer paper pad at The Stamp Simply Store. The greenery pieces are cut using a Martha Stewart punch from Michaels.

Clear Christmas Vintage Labels One Stamp Set
Christmas Vintage Labels One is a clear set featuring 27 stamps. I used the dotted label image and stamped onto green card stock with Memento Rich Cocoa ink. I trimmed it out and adhered the label upon designer paper cut out with a JustRite Custom Spellbinder Vintage Label & Banners Die.  I stamped my sentiment on white card stock with Rich Cocoa, punched out with an oval SU punch.  The edges are shaded with Rich Cocoa ink and Tim Holtz Old Paper Distress ink

Here is a look at the JustRite Custom Vintage Label & Banner Dies Set featuring 6 dies that coordinate exclusively with JustRite Clear and Cling stamps!

JustRite Vintage Christmas Labels Deer Card/Inside
The ric rac is wrapped around card front with a reindeer trim attached to cover the seam. Look how wonderful the inside sentiment looks! A couple more adhesive pearls with a punched out greenery piece completes the card!

It's a JustRite Snowfall in June!

Welcome! Today I have a winter creation for you! We are starting to think Christmas and gift giving! It's never too early, right? I used JustRite's new Snowfall Background Stamp! Not only is this stamp wonderfully designed for easy and creative card making, it's also a cinch to turn it into a little purse! This beauty will be perfect to place for a gift card, a money gift, or even candy! Four Hershey Kisses line up perfectly inside!

I used PapertreyInk Fresh Snow ink to stamp my Snowfall Background image on Echo Pink textured Cardstock and heat embossed image with clear embossing powder. The texture of the paper gives the image a fabric look!

Here are the stamped embossed images with one cut using Spellbinder's Large Labels Die #2. Now they are ready for scoring!

Using the Scor-it-All mini board, I scored along the inside line of the inked image. When folding on scored lines, a purse bottom is now created! The Mini Scor-it-All Board is found at The Stamp Simply Ribbon Store.

The purse top is created using a new stamp from JustRite's new Cling Stamp Set, Thank You Labels Twenty. After stamping image with Memento Angel Pink ink, I die cut the image using Spellbinder's Labels Twenty Die #3 and scored down the middle lengthwise.  The solid pink portion of purse topper is cut using Lables Twenty Die #2 and scored down the middle widthwise.

Thank You Labels Twenty was released yesterday!  HERE is the post with all the designer's inspiration for this set! For the purse today, the scored pink stamped label is punched with two holes on the score line to accommodate the 1/2" looped trim found at The Stamp Simply RIBBON Store. The ends are glued along the inner fold with Aleene's Tacky Glue.

The "Let it Snow" sentiment tag is stamped from one of 18 stamps found in JustRite's new clear set Large Fancy Holiday Sentiments!  Let it Snow is stamped with Martha Stewart ocean ink, with the snowflake image stamped with Memento Angel Pink ink.  The tag is edged with Martha Stewart coarse glitter as is the punched snowflake embellishment.

Thank you for stopping by! Let the holiday crafting begin! I would much rather have my snowfall inside in stamp form!  Take care and have a blessed day!

Be inspired! Get in the Holiday creating spirit! It most certainly will happen when you visit the following talented JustRite designer's blogs! Enjoy!

Ribbon Inspiration/Stamp Simply Style-Melissa Frances

Happy Saturday to you! Today's Stamp Simply Style Inspiration is coming to us from Melissa Frances Products! I've made a much needed Congrats card using paper from Melissa Frances Kitchsy Kitchen 6" x 6" paper pad and crepe paper from Melissa Frances Vintage Crepe Paper Assortment! I LOVE this crepe paper, takes me back to the quality crepe paper of my youth! The card base size is 4 1/4" x 5 1/2".

I want to share how I created my crepe paper flower! It's so simple and easy! Above you see three layers of blue crepe paper. I have placed all Spellbinders Blossoms Three dies in order of size before running it through my Grand Calibur. This created rings of die cut blossom edging in various sizes!

After separating the die cut blossom rings, I cut the ring to allow a starting end point! The adhesive foundation to the flower is a Cosmo Cricket Gluber. It is a very sticky circle that has adhesive on both sides.

In this photo, I started with the end point, pressing the inner blossom die cut on the outer edge of the gluber circle, continuing around in a circle, stretching the paper while pressing. Stretching the edge creates ripples in the crepe paper thus creating the look of a flower!

Here is a closer look at the flower!  Once all the gluber was covered with crepe paper, I went in and stretched the crepe paper edging even more. Melissa Frances adhesive pearls are found HERE. The card sentiment is from JustRite's You are the Best Cling Set and cut out using Spellbinder's Lacey Pennant Set dies.

How about the above Melissa Frances kit for Mystery Blog Candy this week? Lots of yummy goodness in this package! The winner will be drawn from comments on one of today’s participating blogs, so leave a comment on each blog! This will increase your chances of winning. The winner will be selected at 6pm EST on Tuesday, June 5 and will be posted on Sharon's blog on Wednesday or thereafter. You must check back to claim you prize if you are the winner!

THANKS SO MUCH FOR STOPPING BY TODAY!  I'VE BEEN BUSY WITH FAMILY, CHURCH, AND LIFE ACTIVITIES! MY HOPE IS TO GET BACK INTO THE STUDIO MORE! TAKE GOOD CARE!
