Bon Voyage! From Paris with Love! Ring & Heart Tin, JustRite!

Good Tuesday Morning! I do believe you are in for a treat today! Well, actually for the next three days! JustRite Stampers has released their three new stamp sets for the month of September & JustRite Designers will be sharing what they have been creating with those stamp sets! The feature set today is Bon Voyage! Creative goodness at its best!

I took several pics of my creation to show the heart tin outside, the heart tin inside, the heart shape tin lid, and of course it all started with the ring! Kelli put together this cool collage of pics to give you a look at the project in its entirety. Thank YOU, Kelli! A quick note about how the ring is displayed in the tin, I rolled two pieces of designer paper into hollow tubes and cut to fit the tin. In between the two paper tubes allows a place for the ring to fit between, thus holding it upright.

Bon Voyage is a JustRite Cling set featuring 13 stamps. I stamped the Eiffel Tower onto my clear shrinky dink material with StazOn black ink. I allowed it to dry for several minutes before cutting around the image. I then used my embossing heat gun to shrink! I've not played with shrinky dink material in quite a while! Why? I don't know! I do know I love creating with it though, fun! You might be wondering where the tag sentiment image is hiding? That will be revealed in tomorrow's post! I can tell you after stamping I cut the tag out using my Spellbinders tag die. I then cut the tag in half. The perfect little pearls are called Nestabling! Want2Scrap is now stocking many Nestablings to coordinate with many of Spellbinders Dies! Life is good!

I stamped my ring images onto white cardstock, then firmly pressed the cardstock piece atop the ring creating an oval indentation outline. I cut along the indentation, placed a few drops of Crystal Effects onto the oval ring base and then placed the stamped oval securely in place. I let it dry for an hour while I worked on the heart tin. I applied three coats of Crystal Effects, allowing drying time between coats. After the first coat I placed silver cording inside the oval ring edge. After the last coat of Crystal Effects, I dropped in three tiny black twinkles and Shrinky Dink Eiffel Tower. I let the ring dry overnight, one things for sure, once Crystal Effects dries it's secure! The ring elements are not going anywhere! lol

Thanks so much for stopping by today! I know you will love all the Bon Voyage goodness! I'll see you tomorrow for the next reveal! Take Good Care!
