Happy Marshmallow Hearts Valentine's Day!

I have a treat to share I made for Valentine's Day! This is not a new idea, just a new play on a wonderful easy marshmallow treat to create! We've all seen marshmallows dipped and decorated, but when I saw these heart shaped marshmallows, I knew I wanted to dip these for Valentine's Day! (**I meant to post on Monday but unfortunately my husband went back into the hospital. Please continue to pray for him as medical staff are trying to figure out why an intestinal blockage occurred so close to post surgery! THANK YOU!) Of course this treat needed a Happy sentiment! And there is no better stamp set to accommodate the tag needs for any creation than JustRite Stampers Happy Everything Set! I used my Tombow Multi Liquid glue and Martha Stewart coarse glitter on the stamped rectangle! Martha Stewart Bakers String & Gorgeous Sheer Ribbon are found at The Stamp Simply RIBBON Store! And here is a peek at the entire Happy Everything Set. My, oh MY! This is the perfect set to meet all my tag needs all year long! For my tag I used three of the included Spellbinder custom dies, just so easy to have all the custom fit dies at my fingertips! This set includes 19 stamps, 4 custom dies, and the clear block stamper! Here is a photo of the ingredients! These hearts would be perfect for a wedding shower, girl baby shower, girls birthday party! Oh my the possibilities are endless! Here is a picture of my makeshift double boiler, I had to use a hot pad on the edge of the bowl as it got too warm for bare hands. This is all the candy melts I used, the rest will be saved for that yummy popcorn I make!
A peek at the bottom of the glass container, I used some melted candy discs to secure floral foam to the bottom of glass. When placing the lollipop stick into the marshmallow, twist gently as you are pushing it up into the marshmallow. This will help prevent squishing the marshmallow! I then dipped the heart into the melted candy melts and then sprinkled over a paper plate!
There are an abundant amount of marshmallows in the bag, so I used them for filler as well. Now, I would not allow anyone to eat these marshmallows that are touching the floral foam but I think this makes a wonderful display of the special treats. So pull out those marshmallows and give this a try!
Thanks so much for stopping by! I so appreciate your visits, I'm off to the hospital to see my hubby, I will be back soon! Take good care and please keep praying!
