Check out the right panel, featuring our grandson's name, Kaylub along with the date of baptism. Each oval is punched out with my Marvy Uchida scallop oval and edges shaded with PTI Spring Rain ink. Both ovals are embellished with a button, adhesive pearl, and ribbon tab. The ribbon is from Sharon Johnson's Stamp Simply Ribbon Store ! Designer paper is from Our Daily Bread Designs! Designer paper is adhered to panels using my Xyron machine and edges shaded.
A quick look at the wooden block setup. I used Memento Tuxedo black ink for all stamping on this frame project. The left and middle panel utilize stamps from Our Daily Bread Designs. The set is called Children of God. I cut the word blessings away from one of the sentiments and it works wonderfully. I will simply place the piece together on my block if I desire to use the sentiment as an entire image.A look at copic markers used. A beautiful image that indeed conveys the blessing of love that only Jesus brings and how he holds all children in the palm of HIS hand. I stamped many of these rounds using my JustRite Tiny words set to use on various projects. Mounted on the backside of the frames middle panel adds that special touch. This creation was certainly made with love, and will be given with love. It will be a special day. I have been busy making another project for this day! Insert nervous here. I am in the process of sewing Kaylub's baptism outfit from his Mommy's baptism dress that she wore 24 years ago. We'll see how it goes! I hope to take pictures and let you see soon!
